And the Game begins, Inaugurated by Maran brothers
At last the Maran brothers officially started the spat between Stalin and Azagiri. Who will be the Political Heir of MK after his retirement. This is the title of the survey conducted by AC Nelison group for the Tamil Daily Dinakaran (owned by the Maran brothers). I heard that around 70% of people voted for Stalin, 20% for Dayanith Maran and less than 2% for Azagiri.
Immediate Consequence: Dinakarans's Madurai office was burnt.
But the highlight is, SunTV is showing this in its headlines(!@#$)
Lets have a small imagination what are near and near future things that will happen:
1. Soon, May be today evening or Tomorrow our CM will release a statement saying that the miscreants who burnt Dinakarans's office don't belong to DMK nor Azagiri's supporters. They are some social elements who tries to destabilize the government. And the government will take all the necessary action
2.Both Stalin and Azagiri will release some statements saying that there is no competition for CM seat between them
3. MK might sell more SUN TV shares to the public like before.
4.The possibility of neglecting Maran's form DMK will be high, but Maran will play more smart games.The Maran's will not enter south TN for atleast next 6 months and SUN media group could suffer some set back in south.
5.The SUN media group will portray the TN'S best central minister(verya yarru namma DAYANITH MARAN) as more best(surkama sollunum na they will try to expose him as ALL IN ALL AZAGU RAJA)
6.Once MK retires from politics, DMK will split in to either 2 or 3 factions
7. Maran will either stick with Stalin or create the 3rd faction
8. During election, All the faction will ask for vote with MK's Name

Rise of Rupees
I'm not a big economist, i even don't know to calculate my tax properly. But the raise of Indian Rupee against us dollar is worrying me.

Most of the IT companies in India get business from American customer and they pay in dollars. My billing rate is same in during the period. Assume let's have 160 billing hours per month and my billing rate be 40$/hr, then during march my company would have earned 160*40=6400usd, which intrun 6400*44.40= 2,84,160Rs . But in May for the same 6400 USD, my company will be getting 6400*40.9 =261760Rs. A difference of 22400Rs. If this continues what will be status of the IT coz, this will directly hit on our salary and inturn our economy growth. I also read that RBI is taking some measure to crub this. I pray to GOD this should happen ASAP.

Movie Review -Spider Man 3
Spider man is back, This time not one villain but 4. Harry Osborn gets some new Power and tries to revenge spider man for his fathers death(Part I), One of Peter Parker's co-worker gets a super power and tries to kill spider man, also police reveals the person who killed Peter Parker's uncle(Part I), The Killer gets some power and becomes a sand man(?!). Peter was bitten by alien insects which influences the Spider mans behavior. Besides this usual romance with MJ.
When i was in the theater i had the feeling of watching a Ramanarayanan's film.

With Friends
Almost 3 Years after my college, I met 19 of my college mate on May 1st. Its always good to be with friends. We went to the movie Unnale Unnale and had our Lunch at Hotel in Mount road( I think the hotel is Sindor, The food was not bad). 6 hours gone like a second, I really miss those friends. We are class of 63 students, But there was no gangs with in the class. All the 63 belong to the same group. I still remember when there was feud between Me and 3 MBA students of my college, all the 62 came along with me, I really fell proud to have such a good friends. During the college Cultural program even though we don't have big dancing or singing talent in our team we still managed to get second place in the event. Those are really golden Moments.
When some one asks me which is the best part of my life i would say the last 3 years of my college days.

Movie Review - Unnale Unnale
This May 1st , along with 19 of my college friends watched this movie at Sathyam cinemas.
Direction: Jeeva
Cast:Saadha, Vinay and Tanisha Mukerjee
Music: Harris Jayaraj
The entire story of the movie is explained in the title song "June ponaal......". Nothing more to tell about the plot
I feel,the movie is tooo slow and the comedy track is poor.
Music and cinematography are excellent.
You can watch this movie once.

7E - Shanthi towers
At last our house search came to an end yesterday. We finally got a 1BHK flat at 7th floor.
Almost for the last 6.5 years we were at Nerkundram, Initially we stayed there because it is near to our college, Once we completed our degree we still stayed there because the house rent is less and we have 24 hrs mtc bus access. But the problem with that is it too far away from my work place.
House rent in Chennai is increasing at a very high pace. Today at vadaplani or velachry rent of a 2BHK flat is around 8k/month with 10 months rent as advance. If its a independent house then its too high( upto 15k/month).
