Even after all these stuffs, still only getting a rating 3 out of 5. I'm really pissed of on seeing my rating. When I talked to my manager regarding this, he said you have did all the assigned work perfectly, but I want more from you. He explained me the whole thing from his perspective. Still I couldn't digest my rating.
I think its the high time for me to move out from this company.

I am sure you have heared these words in your previous company too. Even if you move out to another company these words will not change. :-)))))
